    BR0I0168AVIn July 2004 I took the oath as a midwife at the Vroedvrouwenschool in Kerkrade. After obtaining more than a year of experience substituting throughout the country and during one month volunteer-work in Uganda, I found my spot here in Meerhoven. I really enjoy working as a midwife. It’s very special to assist people during the most beautiful event of their life, but also to be able to support them when it doesn’t work out the way they’d hoped.

    In 2008, 2011 and 2014 I had the opportunity to experience for myself what it’s like to be pregnant and have a child when our son Tuur, daughter Kaat and son Staf were born.
